  • Payment and Insurance
    Dr. Maza does not accept any insurance. It may be possible for you to receive reimbursement in full or in part from your insurance. Please contact your insurance provider for information about reimbursement for out-of-network psychotherapy. Dr. Maza can provide documentation in the form of a “superbill” if you would like to submit for reimbursement through your insurance.
  • Do you offer virtual services?
    Dr. Maza offers both in-person and virtual services. Your preferences and the type of therapy being used will determine which location is best.
  • How do I get started?
    If you are interested in therapy for yourself or for your child, the first step is to contact Dr. Maza to schedule a free consultation call. The purpose of this call is to determine whether Dr. Maza is a good fit for your needs, and to schedule an initial evaluation session.
